The Sorrento Inn is located in Sorrento fronting the Trans Canada Highway. Neighbouring uses are commercial in nature with residential to the north and north east. A new condominium development with large basement RV garages is immediately to the east of the property. The property has direct access to the highway as well as off Corriano Road to the east and Ortona Road to the north.
The Sorrento In is a large parcel of land with a size of 4.82 acres. It has 461.97 feet of highway frontage and a depth of 454.79 feet. There are two access points from the highway. The north boundary parallels Ortona Road. An additional access is off Corriano on the east boundary.
A bank borders the highway. The existing motel improvements are located on a levelled bench below the elevation of the highway. North of the motel to Ortona Road, the property drops in elevation in level to slight sloped benches with some moderate sloped areas between.
