FYI - "KAS" before the number on a plan means the property is a strata property. "KAP" before the number means it is a non-strata property. Why is this important to know? I just dealt with a property owner who swore their property was bare land strata and had been paying monthly strata fees for years. Nope, it's KAP. The entire neighbourhood have been very generously paying "strata" fees that they are not required to pay.
