West Kelowna condos = 50% off.
Since I have had 3 people ask me already about the condos featured on CHBC last night that are advertised as being sold for 50% off, people are lining up to get them, etc. - here is my response:
HUGE gimmick! Those condos in my opinion are not worth $400,000 ergo $200,000 is NOT 50% off! They are on leasehold land. Your comparables are 3533 Carrington on the golf course - 2 bedroom condo on leasehold selling for $199,000 and 3220 Skyview - Copper Sky - pool, ammenities, 2 bedroom on leasehold selling for $234,900. Paying $200k for a Tuscany Villas condo is paying FAIR MARKET VALUE - not a steal! For those of you who spent the night out in the cold lining up for one of these condos - I hope you had your flu shot and dressed warmly! Please check with a reputable Realtor before you sign your life savings away on the deal of the week!
