The Vancouver market will see a downtown w/in the year. Sell now if you need to sell. Vancouver is prime for a pull back from Chinese investors which will send the market down. If you're holding property long term you're fine but if you're playing the flipping game you better start paying attention to what is happening on a GLOBAL stage, not only what's happening in your backyard! Ignorance is not bliss. Smarten up!
