20.2% buying Revenue/Investment Property (down from 20.4% in August)
17.6% by Relocating and moving to similar property type (down from 18.0%)
15.3% by Buyers Downsizing (down from 15.8%)
15.3% by First Time Buyers (up from 15.0%)
13.7% by Move-Up Buyers (down from 14.7%)
6.9% buying Recreation Property (down from 7.4%)
4.6% moving from Single Family Home to Strata Unit (down from 4.9%)
4.2% moving from Strata Property to Single Family Home (up from 3.5%)
1.2% moving into Retirement Home/Seniors Community (up from 0.8%)


Buyer Type (Family Dynamic):
26.6% Couple without Children (up from 22.0% in August)
25.9% Two Parent Family/Children (down from 29.4%)
21.7% Empty Nester/Retired (up from 19.8%)
10.7% Single Female (down from 12.0%)
10.3% Single Male (down from 12.5%)
