That is the headline. And yes, the average price of an existing
home fell from $342,615 to $341,096 - a 0.4% decline. We would not
call it a 'fall', but it is an indicator of a trend. In fact all 3
major indicators - number of sales, prices, and properties for sale
- have turned negative.
