NESTERS AND TREETOPS
Ross owned one of his first condos here. This is one of the older neighborhoods in Whistler. There is a row of shops located in Nesters.
WHITE GOLD
White Gold is comprised on mainly single family homes with a couple Bed and Breakfasts. This is another one of the older neighborhoods in Whistler, situated on Lost Lake. Most homes have direct access to the lake with wonderful views.
SPRUCE GROVE
This is a newer sub-division with many employee housing zoned homes. It is located next to Lost Lake Park and the Fitzsimmons Creek. This is a great neighborhood for the sports fanatics as it has Whistler Ball Park and Alta Lake School! NICKLAUS NORTH
This rather new high-end luxury neighborhood is located on the infamous Nicklaus North Golf Course. There is a Club House with condos, but for the most part this neighborhood is full of luxury single family homes. If you lo ve golf, you are going to love this neighborhood. The Nicklaus North Golf Course has hosted PGA games in the past as well as a Skins game.
ALPINE MEADOWS
Ross' dad has a house in the neighborhood. It is a mixture of old and new homes and lots of hill. Homes in this sub-division has amazing views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Emerald Estates is located North of Whistler. It is the last sub-division you will pass as you are leaving Whistler for Pemberton. WESTSIDE
This neighborhood is the back side of Whistler. The road starts just before Bayshores and ends in Alpine. The road goes the length of Whistler and is a great way to avoid traffic jams in the Village.
